Artist’s statement :
In a way, what “painting” is to me, is reborn with each new painting. It almost grows by itself; I follow it where it roams. From a totally abstract context, I introduce points of reference, elements to which I can associate with. I guess you could affiliate my work to figurative art through this method. Colors and forms are then free to take root in each spectator, triggering emotions from the background of each individual in turn. Of course, what is important is not the anecdote, which I ocult, but the abstraction, which is the universal language.
